How is Loop different from just shopping at Target or Amazon?
Stores sell clothes. Loop manages the whole cycle — the buying, the outgrowing, the piles in the corner, the donation runs, and the constant rebuying of sizes. Most parents don't realize how much mental energy goes into the cycle until something takes it off their plate. Loop is built to be that something.
Are the clothes new or pre-loved?
Both, depending on what you want. By default, you'll receive all-new pieces from premium brands we've vetted for fit, fabric, and durability. During signup, you can opt in to receive a mix of new and gently pre-loved pieces at a lower box price — it's how Loop keeps quality high without the premium-only cost. Either way, every piece is inspected before it ships.
How does the buyback / send-back work?
Every Loop box ships with a prepaid return bag. When your kid outgrows pieces, drop them in the bag and ship them back from any UPS or post office. We inspect each piece and credit you within 7 days — 35% of original price for like-new condition, 25% for good, 15% for fair. Send back 10+ items at once and your next box gets an additional discount on top of that credit.
What if something doesn't fit?
Send it back free. We'll either swap it for the right size or credit you toward your next box — your call. Kids' sizing is unpredictable, so we don't penalize you for it. The whole point of Loop is to make the lifecycle easier, not add new ways to feel stuck.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel?
Yes, anytime. You decide when your next box ships — there are no automatic charges and no auto-renewing subscriptions. If your kid hits a slow growth season, skip a box. If life gets busy, pause. If Loop isn't working for your family, cancel. No phone calls, no retention tricks.
What age range do you cover?
Ages 0-12 right now. Each box is curated for your child's exact age, current size, and stage of growth. We'll size up automatically when our records show they're approaching a new size, so the next box arrives ready for what's ahead rather than what's already too small.
Why are you only taking 100 founding members?
Because Loop is being built one founding family at a time, and we'd rather get the first 100 boxes right than rush a thousand. Founding members get 30% off their first box, locked-in pricing for life, and a direct line to us as the brand grows. Once the 100 spots are gone, founding pricing closes for good.
